Cwmbran Celtic

Our first team plays in the MacWhirter Welsh Football League - Second Division.

We were promoted to this League at the end of the 2004/5 season and gained promotion to the Second Division as Third Division Champions in season 2006/7..

The team is managed by Micky Copeman, who previously played for Weston-super-Mare and Cwmbran Town and has a wealth of experience at a high level. He is ably assisted by his Coach, Della Cheedy, who also runs the Football Academy located at Fairwater High School, which we are now partnered with.

We play at Celtic Park, which adjoins Cwmbran Stadium and details of how to find this are show on our Home Page (How to Find Us)

The team trains at Celtic Park at 6.00 p.m. Tuesdays & Thursdays until the end of October and then on the astroturf at Cwmbran Stadium on Thursday nights from 7.00 to 8.00 pm.
